Herbal Compress Massage, also known as Herbal Ball Massage, is a popular treatment in Thailand. It is typically used to soothe and to relieve pain and inflammations.

It uses a selection of herbs with therapeutic qualities such as ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime, tamarind and lemongrass. A mix of herbs is wrapped in a compress, steamed and then applied to the body by pressing and gliding in circular movements.
